Return and Refund Policies and Procedures

You may return most items within 30-days of delivery for a refund, only when purchased through our website. Please see demo showroom locations with any questions. The customer is responsible for the return transportation cost in the event of cancellation or return once an order has been shipped, submitted or is in process. If a refund is authorized by Sleep Pros USA. there will be a 15% per item restocking fee charged to the customer, for any sale. Custom ordered products and bedding accessories, (ie; pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, etc) are NOT eligible for returns. Adjustable bed bases are NOT returnable.

Approved Refund Policy:

If you are approved by management for a refund. The refund will be given back in the manner which received. (example: if your order is paid via a credit card we will refund the credit card only). Credit Card refunds or rebates will be processed within (7 to 14) BUSINESS DAYS from the date of the refund transaction date.

All cash or check refunds will be refunded via corporate check. All corporate check refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the refund invoice.

Damages:

If a product arrives damaged, please refuse delivery of the shipment and contact our customer care. If a shipment is not refused at the time of delivery, you are responsible to notate any visible damages or imperfections on the delivery receipt upon signing for acceptance. If you are unable to fully complete your inspection, please indicate "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery receipt or "Possible Damage".

Returns:

Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30-days of delivery. Exchanges can only be made for products of equal or greater value. In the event that the replacement items exceeds the cost of the item being exchanged, the customer will be charged for the difference in cost. All transportation costs are applicable for cancellations, returns and exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered. Mattresses and furniture must have the original law tag attached and in new, sanitary condition with no stains, tears, burns or any other imperfections caused after delivery. (Limited to one exchange per purchase) *Adjustable bases are non-returnable. All refunds will be credited back to the card and/or account used to make the original purchase, minus any applicable return transportation fees for freight items. Please contact customer service for an estimate of return charges for freight, as fees vary with item size, weight, and carrier.

Chargebacks and Disputes:

If any customer initiates a chargeback we will respond as needed and by the guidelines of the cardholders bank. If the chargeback is deemed or found to be fraudulent or without merit then the cardholder will be responsible and agrees via their signature on their purchase contract to pay all administration fees involved in fighting such chargeback up to $1,000.00. If a customer files a dispute or chargeback on an approve refund while Sleep Pros USA is inside their (10 to 14) BUSINESS DAY window to process said refund, Sleep Pros USA reserves the right to charge the customer up to an additional $500.00 to their account for processing and recovery fee's.

Promo Items:

Any promotional items received with original mattress purchase such as pillows, linens, mattress protectors, etc. are non-returnable and will be deducted from the return credit. This includes temporary promotional offers valid at the time a purchase is made or at the time of exchange or return. Bedding Certain Products that are considered "hygiene" items can not be returned, such as pillows, sheets, linens, mattress protectors etc.

Processing Time:

If a product is returned you should expect to receive your refund or store credit within 7 to 14 business days after we have received your product and completed inspection.

How:

If you need to return an item, simply email our customer service department. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please contact Customer Service at info@sleepprosusa.net to start the return process on your order.

DEMO/MARKET PLACE LOCATION and FACEBOOK RETURN POLICY

Due to the extreme discounts at our Demo Locations, Facebook and on other social media sites, buyer forfeits any and all rights to cancel, return and or exchange, any and all merchandise purchased at any of our Demo locations, Facebook and any other social media platforms. Regardless if merchandise has or has not been received. However, ALL manufacture warranties will remain in effect as normal.  If you would like a return/exchanged option you will be asked to pay the current sale price listed on our website, for any items you wish to purchase through one of our Demo Locations or social media platforms. Sleep Pros USA may offer a company credit if a order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase. This will be at the full discretion of Sleep Pros USA. Sleep Pros USA will NOT be responsible for any delays in shipping due to manufacture out of stock notices, or delayed shipping by no fault of our own. We reserve the right to substitute similar, equal, or better products as deemed necessary to fulfill customer orders when an item ordered has been discontinued, or is in out of stock status. If we offer a similar item of less cost, we will refund you the difference in price. If at any point, if Sleep Pros USA deems it necessary to cancel, refund, or stop any order from being fulfilled it reserves the right to do so at any time.
